Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong understanding of blockchain, dApps, and fintech systems. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams delivering complex blockchain-based products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for blockchain and dApp initiatives
- Coordinate between engineering, QA, DevOps, and product teams
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Manage Agile/Scrum processes and sprint planning
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Ensure regulatory and compliance considerations are addressed
- Track KPIs and ensure timely delivery within budget
Required Skills
- 8+ years of project management experience
- Strong understanding of blockchain and decentralized systems
- Experience managing fintech or digital asset projects
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and delivery frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana)
