Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, Flutter, and Node.js, along with hands-on dApp development experience. The ideal candidate has deep understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and modern design patterns.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend systems using Node.js and Express
- Architect and manage MongoDB databases for high availability and performance
- Develop cross-platform mobile/web apps using Flutter
- Build and integrate decentralized applications (dApps)
- Implement microservices-based architecture with proper service isolation
- Apply industry-standard design patterns and best practices
- Integrate blockchain networks and smart contracts with backend services
- Ensure system security, performance optimization, and scalability
- Collaborate with DevOps and QA for CI/CD and deployment processes
Required Skills
- 8–10 years of full-stack development experience
- Strong expertise in Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB
- Advanced Flutter development experience (Android, iOS, Web)
- Experience designing and implementing microservices architecture
- Solid understanding of design patterns and clean architecture principles
- Experience integrating blockchain networks and smart contracts
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, authentication (JWT, OAuth), and security best practices
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and cloud deployments
